Questions

Everything people ask first

What does the plan cover?

One visit a month of up to two hours, working down your list, with the April and November checklists inside those visits. It names what it leaves out.

What is not covered?

Permit work, roofing, tall ladders, electrical past swapping a fixture, plumbing past faucets and toilet parts, and sanding or scraping paint in a home built before 1978.

What's the minimum?

One two-hour visit. A single visit without the plan is quoted by text, after you send photos.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Plan days are set by area.

What if I need to cancel a visit?

Text us by the Friday before and we'll move it to the next open day.

My house was built before 1978. Does that change anything?

Paid work that disturbs painted surfaces in a home built before 1978 falls under the EPA's lead rule. We stay under its minor-repair limits, 6 square feet inside a room and 20 outside, and we don't replace windows or remove walls or trim in those houses. A bigger job goes to a certified firm.

Is the plan insurance?

No. It buys time on your list. It doesn't pay to fix things that break.

How do I cancel?

Text or email. The plan ends after the visit already on the calendar.
