When you use the form, call or text us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, a description of the work and any photos you send.
How we use it
- To reply and set up a visit or a plan
- To plan the time and the materials
- To do the work you agreed to and send the invoice
- To keep the records tax and insurance rules require
Who sees it
Only the two of us, and the few services we use to run the business, such as email, texting and invoicing. We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work and meet tax duties. After that we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or write to the address on this site.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be on this page.
