From first text to first visit
Nothing happens until you've seen the plan's limits in writing.

Step 1: You text a photo
Send the first thing on your list, or a few. Say if you want the plan or one visit.

Step 2: We write back
A short note with what we'd do, how long it takes and anything we'd send to a specialist.

Step 3: Tigist walks the house
The first visit starts with a walk-through, so the list has an order and a few things you forgot.

Step 4: Kyler works the list
The visit is up to two hours. Materials are on the van or bought at the receipt price.

Step 5: We leave a note
Done, next, and anything for a specialist. What didn't fit goes to the top of next month.

A parking spot near the door, pets out of the way and the things you bought laid out in one place. If you aren't home, text us the key or code plan and we'll text when we arrive and when we leave.

Before the first visit
Who comes to the house?
Tigist Desta, the owner, and Kyler Flynn, who helps. Both are on every visit unless we tell you ahead of time.
Do I need to be home?
No, if you text us how to get in and when. We text when we arrive and when we leave.
What do you bring?
Hand and power tools, a ladder up to 10 feet, drop cloths, screws, anchors and caulk. Anything else is bought at the receipt price.
What if you find something bigger than the job?
We stop, show you and tell you who to call. We don't start work that needs a permit or a specialist.
